Excellent High-Current Discharge Performance
The grid utilizes an advanced structure with thin horizontal and vertical ribs, significantly reducing internal resistance. This ensures more uniform electrochemical reactions during high-current discharge, resulting in lower voltage drop and strong recovery performance after deep discharge.
Superior Grid Corrosion Resistance
A unique patented alloy enhances corrosion resistance and improves creep resistance, extending battery durability.
High Utilization of Active Materials
Refined tetrabasic lead sulfate particles, formed through a patented process during paste preparation and curing, significantly improve active material utilization and overall battery output.
Minimal Water Loss
Optimized electrolyte volume helps reduce dehydration and prevents battery expansion, especially toward the end of the battery’s lifecycle.
Low Self-Discharge Rate
A specially formulated additive is applied to the negative electrode through an advanced process, effectively reducing self-discharge and lowering initial charging power consumption by up to 79%.
Excellent Low-Temperature Performance
High-activity conductive materials and low-temperature expansion agents are added to the plates, ensuring reliable charge and discharge performance in cold conditions and maintaining stable mileage in winter.
Safe and Reliable
Each battery is equipped with an independently designed valve system featuring anti-dry-out protection and a detachable safety valve. It supports electrolyte inspection, one-way exhaust sealing, reduced water loss, high gas recombination efficiency, and leak-proof performance—ensuring safety, reliability, and easy maintenance.
Long Service Life
Under standard conditions (DOD 80%), the battery can achieve 600–800 cycles. A single charge supports a travel distance of approximately 40–60 km.
